“Staff were welcoming and helpful. Standout lady was Kha Mun, efficient and remembered details about us ( hopefully because we were nice! ), fun and so professional. Room in the heritage wing was great, spacious and old style which we prefer to modern rooms which lack character. Bottled water provided daily, complimentary mini bar and wine on arrival.
